1. Payment Terms
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to A3 Agency are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to initial deposits, monthly retainers, project-based fees, and any other charges for services rendered.
Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in full before any services are provided. Services will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed.

2. Contract Cancellation
Notice Period: If you wish to cancel any ongoing contract with A3 Agency, you are required to provide a minimum of one (1) month's notice. This notice must be given in writing, either via email or through a written document delivered to our office.
Payment Obligation: Failure to provide the required one-month notice will result in the obligation to pay for the next month's services. This payment will be due regardless of whether the services are utilized.

3. Service Provision
Scope of Services: The scope of services provided by A3 Agency will be outlined in the specific contract agreed upon with the client. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.
Service Delivery: A3 Agency is committed to delivering high-quality services in a timely manner. However, the delivery timeline is subject to change based on project requirements and client collaboration.

4. Client Responsibilities
Timely Communication: Clients are expected to communicate promptly with A3 Agency to facilitate the timely delivery of services. Delays caused by the client's lack of response may affect the project timeline and outcome.
Provision of Information: Clients must provide all necessary information and materials required for the execution of the services. A3 Agency will not be responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Liability
Limitation of Liability: A3 Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by the client to A3 Agency for the specific service in question.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
A3 Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
